Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Seglio website and SaaS application (the "Service") operated by Seglio.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription and Payments

Seglio is offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select (Starter, Growth, Professional, or Enterprise). Changes to subscription plans will take effect in the following billing cycle. Let it be known that early adopter promotional pricing is subject to the conditions communicated during sign-up.

3. User Responsibilities and Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all data, photographs, property details, and documents you upload to the platform. Seglio generates reports based entirely on the provided inputs. We are not liable for inaccurate classifications or depreciation schedules resulting from incomplete, manipulated, or false data provided by the user.

4. Use of the AI and Outputs

The cost segregation reports generated by Seglio are proprietary outputs of our AI models. You are granted a license to use these reports for your personal or business tax preparation and internal modeling. You may not resell the raw AI access or reverse-engineer the underlying algorithms.

Important: Our Service provides analytical tools. It does not replace a licensed CPA or tax attorney. You must independently verify the applicability of our reports to your specific financial situation. (See our Legal Disclaimer for more details).

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Seglio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
